We often cherish our memories, and the small things we keep can carry them back to us.

For me, I can’t hold on to everything - but I can capture moments in small, daily notes.

This piece, Rose, comes from my brother’s wedding. It’s not just about the final image, but about the moment itself - the time I took to sit, to draw, to choose the colours. It was a moment of celebration.

A way of honouring a special memory, and letting it quietly live on - held in my notebook, resting on paper.
